Main areas of work
Tracey specialises in technology, outsourcing and other types of commercial contracts. Her experience includes IT and Business Process Outsourcing contracts (including re-negotiation and restructuring of services agreements) and strategic/complex services agreements (including transitional services arrangements) as well as manufacturing, logistics and distribution agreements, e-commerce and technology/Intellectual Property licences.
Career history
Having studied Chemistry and Mathematics at the University of Reading, Tracey spent a number of years working within commerce. She then re-qualified as a lawyer in 1999 with what is now Nabarro. She stayed in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Nabarro until 2004 before moving to Morrison & Foerster’s London Technology Transaction Group where she was a senior associate before joining TRG law in 2008.
Tracey also gained a post-graduate diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Bristol in 2001 and is fluent in spoken and written French (with a Diploma in Business French from the Paris Chamber of Commerce).
Personal
Tracey is married and her principal interests include travel, reading, volleyball and bargain-hunting.
