Business clients – end-to-end deal support
We provide end-to-end deal support starting at the very outset pre-bid (when key decisions are being taken on deal structure and principles) and continuing throughout the lifetime of the contract, through change and restructuring to termination or retendering. We:
- formulate ‘heads of terms’, requirement specifications, proposals and offer documents
- prepare draft documentation or review third party or existing documentation (assisting with entire contracts or simply on specific key issues as required)
- prepare and review commercial schedules and assist with the creation and finalisation of such schedules (including pricing, KPI and service level schedules)
- assist with negotiation as required either by leading or providing background support through to signature
- offer insights into the procurement processes of public authorities and assist with and explain the basis upon which procurement decisions can be challenged for those clients bidding for public sector contracts. We also provide an understanding of the threats and opportunities presented by authority debriefing obligations and Freedom of Information Act requests
