Once a contract has been signed, the legal and commercial input required is not all over. Hence, we:
- provide contract summaries and post-signature training on the meaning and intent of the contract
- give general advice on contract interpretation and enforcement - generally and when specific issues arise
- help to ensure that important changes to the contract and its scope are properly documented
- assist with restructuring, re-tendering and termination
