Our fees
We operate a competitive pricing structure:
- lower rates – our rates are lower than many law firms which means that you can reduce your legal costs by approximately 50% (compared with work generally done by partners at large City based law firms). The same rate is charged for all directors
- fixed/capped fees – as we have years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, we are willing to discuss fixed or capped fees and other flexible or alternative payment arrangements on a case by case basis for discrete pieces of work
We appreciate that you need certainty in terms of costs and that you are very likely to have budgetary constraints. As a smaller and responsive company we can be flexible and innovative in terms of billing arrangements. To assist you with this:
- we are happy to provide estimates and to agree the scope of the work and the basis of charging up front in order to set expectations
- we will provide you with complete visibility on fees as they are accrued with as much or as little detail as you require
